I still remember the sound of a 56k modem — I've known the web since connecting to it had its own melody. Professionally, my road in led through graphic design: print, branding, photo manipulation, video, photography, and 3D. That visual foundation shapes everything I ship: I don't just make websites work, I make them look right.

My core craft is WordPress — eight years of running a studio and working every corner of it: custom themes and plugins written from scratch, WooCommerce stores, performance, security. Dozens of sites and shops shipped end to end. That experience taught me what fails most often on real websites — and how to build ones that simply keep working.

Today that experience scales further — I build with AI in the loop, openly and deliberately. I own the architecture, the UX and the data flow; AI speeds up the coding. The best example: migrating unisystem.com from WordPress to a headless architecture — React, Next.js, TypeScript, Cloudflare — 2,800+ products in five languages, a custom checkout, and Lighthouse scores that usually sit right around 100.

Tools change; knowing what to build and how doesn't come from a prompt.

After hours I'm a father, a runner, the keeper of a 250-litre aquarium, an occasional gamer, and someone who enjoys a bit of adrenaline behind the wheel.
